Review and update the current service philosophy (the most critical document in any service). How to embed your service philosophy in practice! What are the main components of a service philosophy!

Part 3
How to write, display and create a sense of ‘Belongingness, Being and Becoming’ within the service.
Part 4
Review of the services current forms: documentation, reflections, linking, philosophy evidences and provocations.
How to document via:

- Children's surveys
- Morning minutes
- Learning stories
- Photo sequences
- Artwork documentation
- The importance of linking to theorists and current literature / research

Critical Indicators, NQS 1-7 for the advanced rating.
How to obtain the 'exceeding' rating and understanding the 58 indicators you will be assessed against.
What are the most common areas 'breached', tips and strategies to help prepare your services (hygiene practices, accident forms, medication forms and risk assessments).
Part 6
Beyond behaviour management.
