Lisa Dooley
Lisa Dooley has recently been appointed to the position of Alina Dan Consultancy Events Manager.
Based in NSW, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Education (primary) from the University of Newcastle in the nineties. In 1994 she joined the NSW Police Force, where after several years she became a senior detective within the Child Protection Unit.
Displaying a strong sense of community and wellbeing, Lisa has all the qualities that will make her an outstanding personal assistant, public relations and events manager for Alina Dan Consultancy.
Lisa will be in charge of all orders, bookings and public relations.

Tracey Yeomans
Tracey Yeomans has been working in the Early Childhood industry for over two decades. Tracey has worked for several services on the Central Coast, NSW, including working as a Director where she has led large teams of educators.
Currently Tracey is the Manager of the Holistic Approach FDC scheme, the first and only national scheme in Australia!. She is also studying for her Master's in Early Childhood at the University of Newcastle, NSW.
Tracey has also worked as a validator for the NCAC and as a trainer and assessor with various RTO’s for certificate 111 and diploma.
Tracey has a strong passion for positive leadership and management in children’s services and believes that “leadership is all about sharing passion, dedication and empowering others.”
Tracey is also passionate about working with children with additional needs and their families to ensure that the families feel that they have an equal role in the education of their children. Tracey also enjoys supporting families by successfully transitioning their children and believes that ongoing intervention and education is essential for positive outcomes for the children.
The natural environment and sustainability has been a more recent interest and passion of Tracey’s. Working at Follyfoot Farm has allowed a more “natural approach” to learning, allowing children to have “real” experiences in the natural environment that we enjoyed as children many years ago.
Tracey is currently co-writing with Alina, ‘A holistic guide to being a director’.

Edina conducts pedagogical research for Alina Dan Consultancy. Based in Western Australia, Edina helps contribute to all Alina Dan publications through her understanding of the Te Whāriki curriculum (NZ).
Edina has a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and has over a decades experience working in the early childcare education industry, which has seen Edina work as a teacher, team leader and centre director. This experience has given Edina the drive and passion to create quality services within the early childcare industry.
Edina has a strong passion for research and development within the early childhood education profession. One of her main passions is working alongside educators and helping them implement the curriculum within their service.
Edina has a strong passion for child development and the theoretical perspectives that support these stages of development. Edina enjoys working alongside other educators to create environments that supports children’s learning and allowing the environment to be the third teacher.
